Assessment

In the Assessment phase, PreterLex analyses the findings from the Discovery phase to provide unbiased view and options that will feed into the Preparation stage.

The assessment activities of this phase are:

• Determine Scope, mapping and conformity (RLSFPPA)
• Do gap and impact analyses
• Identify options for planning and remediation

After this PreterLex will work with the client to identify the most feasible option that will be used to drive the Preparation phase.
