This course has been developed by professional trainers for
people in industrial and commercial settings who are to be tasked
with knowledge transfer. It will include role-play and the use of
video to enhance and consolidate learning

This course has been developed to help trainers develop training
materials. This is a specific skill in its own right. Many trainers
are naturally good at verbal communication, not all are good
at developing source documentation.

The course examines the role of training as one
of the most powerful enablers of organisational performance
improvement, and how return on investment (ROI) is used as one of
the main levers in achieving this.
This is an applied course which will allow
people who are responsible for initiation or management of training
programmes to make practical evaluations and present these for
adoption by the senior management of the organisation.
